TERMS OF SERVICE – LIWEVE (EU & NORTH AMERICA)

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LIWEVE website and the purchase of our handbags and accessories. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & ELIGIBILITY

  • North America: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state or province) to use this website and make purchases.

2. PRICING AND TAXES

  • USA/Canada: Prices are displayed excluding sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • EU/UK: Prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law, unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes applicable in their country of residence.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION & UK ONLY)

Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them, for any reason and without needing to provide an explanation.
  • Exclusions: This right does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS (NORTH AMERICA)
